“Green transitions in agriculture, forestry, veterinary medicine and food systems
under a changing climate”

We are pleased to welcome you to the 15th CASEE Conference,“Green transitions in agriculture, forestry, veterinary medicine and food systems under a changing climate” organized by the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Agriculture, Serbia, between 25th – 27th of June 2025.

The 15th CASEE Conference,” Green transitions in agriculture, forestry, veterinary medicine and food systems under a changing climate” is a dynamic place and excellent opportunity to expand horizons, exchange ideas and experiences in the field of life sciences,  agriculture, plant and animal science, food science, technology, biotechnology, veterinary medicine and forestry.

The 15th CASEE Conference is where young and experienced researchers, including doctoral students, may exchange innovative ideas and knowledge, and enhance an interdisciplinary approach.

The conference programme will consist of six scientific sessions:

  • I Sustainable land use: innovative agriculture, landscape planning and forestry
  • II Unlocking potential of (bio)renewable resources
  • III Future-ready food systems: safety, sustainability and quality
  • IV Fostering environmental safety and resilience through climate adaptation
  • V Frontiers in animal science and veterinary medicine
  • VI Bridging agroeconomy and bioeconomy

The registration fee does not include: 

Gala dinner (June 26th, 2025)

Please note that the participation fee does not cover the price of meal and drinks at the Gala dinner on the June 26th. The gala dinner is not the obligatory part of the conference, so the participants should decide whether they want to come to the dinner..

The excursion Underground adventure of the Petrovaradin fortress (June 27th, 2025)
Duration: 3 hours
This tour is a kind of expedition in which the consumers “dive’ into the underground of fortress Petrovaradin. You`ll experience the 300 years old underground, smell the soil and clay, inhale dust and spirits of ancient warriors. You will hear the hearth beats of those close to you and you will touch the walls of one of the most beautiful master pieces of fortifications.

The price of a creative workshop is 30 euro per person for a tour in English.  In addition to the guide, the price includes a translator who accompanies and translates the expedition to English.

This booking allows for a 15% discount on stays between June 24th and 28th.

Call for Abstracts

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Dear authors,
All submitted abstracts for the CASEE conference are currently under review.
Once the reviews are completed, you will be notified about the results.
The conference is planned to take place as scheduled.

  • CASEE members: 180 EUR
  • Non-CASEE members: 230 EUR
  • Students: 110 EUR
  • Accompanying person: 60 EUR
  • 5 PhD students with the best abstracts will be selected and exempted from payment of the fee
